We had genetic testing done in the second pregnancy after a scare in my first one. The prenatal tests had come back okay, so I found it so hard when we had this miscarriage. It feels awful not having an answer about why this happened.

It’s horrible to not have an answer, to not know the reason.

The circumstances of your loss may mean that there are additional factors affecting your grief. Recognizing and acknowledging the ways that you have been affected and finding the right supports are important in helping you come to terms with what has happened and heal from your loss.
