AskAProfessional.ca - A web-based resource where you can ask a professional about terminal illness, end-of-life care, loss and bereavement.

KidsGrief.ca -  A free online resource that helps parents support their children when someone in their life is dying or has died. It equips parents with the words and confidence needed to help children grieve life’s losses in healthy ways. 

 

For Parents and families

PailNetworkSunnybrook.ca - The Pregnancy and Infant Loss Network is an organization families turn to for support and hope in dealing with pregnancy and infant loss.

RogerNeilsonHouse.ca - A pediatric palliative care hospice located in Ottawa that supports families through perinatal and infant loss. 

CenterForLoss.com - An organization dedicated to helping people who are grieving and those who care for them dedicated to helping people who are grieving and those who care for them. 

PAIL Pamphlets:

Supporting Siblings After Pregnancy Or Infant Loss - Bereaved parents and professionals created this booklet to guide you as you support through a pregnancy or infant loss that has happened in their family or to a loved one. 

Support for Grandparents -  A resources to support grandparents who are grieving the loss of their grandbaby while supporting their own grieving child experiencing pregnancy or infant loss.

PregnancyAfterLoss.org - PALS supports courageous mamas pregnant again after a loss through connection with peers, awareness in the community, education of providers, and advocacy around the world. 


Supporting grieving children

DrJaysChildrensGriefCenre.ca - A home for grieving hearts is a Toronto-based charity that provides compassionate care, support, and education to grieving children, youth, and their families while building strength, resilience, and hope.  

Dougy.org -  At the Dougy Center, you will find support, resources, and connection before and after a death.
