Often people worry that they are not reacting normally to death. They may wonder: "Am I going crazy?" However, there is no "normal" or "right" way to grieve.

What is "normal" can change from day to day. You will probably grieve differently than your friends or family.

It is important to remember that grief is your way of trying to keep the person who has died in your life while trying to build a new life without them.

While there are many healthy ways to grieve, some approaches are less healthy and can lead to problems.
