Alvin discusses learning to be single. (3:22)Video transcript

When we are part of a couple, we are linked to our partner in many ways. We often make plans and decisions with them in mind:

  • Scheduling a vacation
  • Going out
  • Buying a new piece of furniture
  • Making parenting decisions

It can be difficult to think about, make and follow through with plans when your partner dies.

This chapter will teach you skills to cope with situations you may face after their death.
